Oh, for goodness sakes, Gary, I think you are being a bit moralistic here. Lord knows that old people suffer and can be such a burden to their children and society at large. And who can face a life of having to care for a sick or disabled child when a simple act of compassion will remove it? The parents have lives, too, you know. When it's time to go, it is time to go. It's the compassionate thing to relieve suffering, and we all know how much suffering there is to relieve.I think I just threw up in my mouth.
