I love stuff like this. If I were to choose another career, I'd love to get involved with this kind of analysis. The guy over at Alleyoop.com does this sort of thing as well.Here's a summary and look at the study. Note that Garnet is amongst the league leaders, and the other 'elite' players are way down.
Here is last year's results. Note Garnett again, particularly when the defensive number are broken out. He's head and shoulders above the pack looking at things this way.
