Kate O'Beirne in The Corner explains why the leak of the Sandy Burglar investigation is more likely a Dem maneuver than a Republican one. The cherry on top is this memo from Terry McAuliffe requesting all documents, communications, etc. between the White House and the Justice Department regarding the investigation of Sandy "the Pants" Berger.
