I'm sure this Byron York piece is in response to stories like this one in the NY Times, or this from the Washington Post, or this from the LA Times. These 'news'papers want to make the case that the terror alert is based on 3-4 year old data. The obvious inference being the Bush administration's warnings are politically motivated - as Howard Dean has charged.But reading Byron York's mock Kerry speech rattles one's senses. Shame on those who would try to make political hay from this situation.
