From the Steyn article that you finally linked to:"...the war on terror isn't some racket cooked up to boost Halliburton profits but a profound challenge to America and the world."
That's really it in a nutshell, yet again. The War on Terror is a real thing, and the left thinks its just a bid racket to beef up Dick Cheney's portfolio.
