This is priceless. So often, judges and attorneys rule and argue in favor of clearly guilty people, or try to justify their actions by pretending only the true intellectuals can understand. Yet, if they win, it doesn't affect their lives. This action by Freestar is akin to a confessed child rapist and killer who goes free because of some minor technical infraction (see John Couey) being forced to live with the attorney's family for a while. Actions and rulings have consequences, as Souter is now finding out.
