Looks like the new King Kong movie is going to be a huge bomb. I have a strange schadenfreude about it, and I hope it does bomb. I myself have no desire to go see it. Heck, it's the third version of this film, so we all know the story, and we all have seen it before. That was my first thought on hearing that this is what Peter Jackson was working on. I know I won't be seeing it -- maybe I'll NetFlix it, but I'm not in some huge hurry to see it or anything. I suspect that there are many others who feel the same way.$300 million is a lot of money.
